For its 60th anniversary, Kaleido launches a contest MORE for the Schoolyard

September 5, 2023

The grand prize: $25,000 to transform the grounds
of your school or daycare into a perfect setting for kids

Kaleido, a pioneering education savings specialist since 1964, is launching a brand-new contest, MORE for the Schoolyard, offering the school or daycare centre of your choice a chance to win $25,000 to enhance its grounds and make them a stimulating place to learn. Until March 10, 2024, school or daycare administrators and families are invited to register a facility that deserves a makeover by completing the entry form at kaleido.ca/en/contest/more-for-the-schoolyard/.

“For our kids, the schoolyard or daycare grounds are an incredible place for discovery and exploration,” said Julie Cyr, Vice President Marketing and Customer Experience at Kaleido. “They promote social interaction and stimulate imagination and development through play. At Kaleido, we’re driven by the goal of providing support that goes beyond financial products, helping children to develop their full potential.”

Parents, schools and daycare centres can increase their chances of winning the prize by getting members of their network to complete an entry form. Every participant who nominates a school will be able to share a personalized link inviting members of his or her network to submit an entry in support of their favourite school or daycare.

By giving schools and daycares an opportunity to transform their recreation areas, Kaleido hopes to make a positive difference in the lives of many children – a significant contribution to its mandate. In addition to offering Registered Education Savings Plans (RESPs), Kaleido’s mission is to assist families throughout their children’s education and ensure that children reach their full potential.

A proud Quebec institution since 1964, Kaleido actively contributes to the development of young people by encouraging school perseverance and supporting access to post-secondary education.
